When a topic involves preferences or interpretation, we say so rather than presenting one view as settled fact. We avoid claims that require readers to treat general lifestyle content as professional advice.

Independence and partnerships

Editorial decisions are made separately from partnership arrangements. Paid or otherwise partner-supported material is clearly identified as such, and partner placements are labelled so readers can distinguish them from independent editorial content. A partnership does not guarantee favourable coverage.

If a reader spots an error, they can contact us with the relevant article and details. We review correction requests and amend material when warranted. Significant changes are explained in the article where appropriate; minor edits for clarity may not need a separate note.

Images and illustrations

Some illustrations may be generated with artificial intelligence. We do not present illustrative images as documentary proof of a real person, place or event. Where an image could otherwise mislead about what it depicts, we make its illustrative nature clear.
